Mike is very patient and chilled out instructor with a lot of experience, which obviously makes you at ease when learning to drive. Even when I hit a curb, which potentially could have damaged his car, his reaction would be along the lines of "watch out for that curb" - after it had happened.

What I also liked about Mike was that he would somehow always find time to squeeze me in for lessons even though he was very busy, whereas I found most instructors will just offer to put you on a waiting list. He will also always respond to your messages.

I began learning to drive with Mike on my birthday in April. It took me 3 months of learning until I passed my driving test. I found that whilst learning with Mike he knew exactly what pace to go at in order for me to best learn what to do, and best of all he was patient when obviously at times I did things wrong! I found learning to drive a really enjoyable time because of this.

I would definitely recommend Mike, and in fact I have to friends who are looking to learn to drive.
